I honestly dont know anymore.
This is one where I would talk to the borrower about consolidating some of these properties in to single commercial loans with partial releases. It would get the numbers down on his personal credit report.
It might also be a good idea to talk to some of your local commercial banks about doing some of his financing if his financials are really strong. That way he could close them in the name of a corporation or other entity. |

Client needs some cash. Has $3 Million in equity and wants me to put a plan together to get him some out of it.
What are your parameters?
