Hi John, Worldbanc Finance Group will do to 65% LTV on Raw Land. A viable exut strategy is helpful as well as Developer Experience. On a case by case basis we have gone to 80% but with the Bear Stearns Fiasco things have tightened up a bit. I should have an LOI on our other deal next week. Your Client emailed me additional info last night.
