What lenders are still doing construction loans down to 620. Property is in ID, client owns land free and wants to put a modular home on the sight. I have a DO approval on the client, just not finding a lender that will lend at the 620 credit score level.
Any advise or help?

| I would think many... Not sure about everyone else, but we will do a construction to perm per Fannie guides, which is R/T only. |

Thanks for the feedback...Flagstar is a 700 min score. Haven't checked Chase yet.
