 Search for: Condo/Florida 1st unit to be sold, need financing.

I have a purchase in Miami Beach.
Its an 8 unit condo building.
Client is purchasing a 1 bedroom in the building.
Client would be first or second closing in building.
Therefore being under 50% units closed in building.
Needs 90% financing.
