I am both a Banker and Broker. I fund Residential and Commerical transactions. But I was just throwing out a suggestion for you. :-) I did look at the lastest e-mail from Accredited and it appears this is in their scope.

| Hey Stacey, I wasn't referring to you so RELAX!! I want to help as well, BUT when you hear stories of LO's saying they can "help" other LO's and then POOF, their deal is gone, I just say BE CAREFUL!! |
