| I have a foreign National from Japan in NY needing to refi. He has 731 middle, owned house for 5 years, has drivers license, BUT is a foreign national. Who will lend on this??? |

| try wachovia wholesale. I think they can do it at 70% LTV or below. |

You can also try Suntrust & Chevy Chase. They both have products for foreign nationals.
If he's a non perm resident (with credit, valid visa and job here in the states), you may be able to use non-conforming products. |

| Wachovia will put them in their PAP programs. I priced one with them, and the ltv is 60% max. |
