| Chase seems to be pretty good with their 3/1 Arm's but they only pay .75 or so. |

| All the ARM pricing i've seen lately is worse than your 30 yr fix. If you want to par out a 3/1, Wells has 4.875 for you. |

| Yeah I noticed that with Most banks. I will check out Wells Fargo. It seems like Chase is the only one to pay some decent YSP with decent rates. |
