Is there anyone out there still doing 100% financing? Yes I know about the MI companies and I know the fannie / freddie products are gone for this. I also know 100% is available through USDA and FHA w/DPA. There may be one or two lenders out there that can still go 100. Maybe a portfolio product or something. I just want to see if anyone has found it.
thx
Matt

This guy can go 100% with a MCM or Flex first at 95%, with their own 5% second behind it.

Keep in mind the declining market, so even if they will go 100% your going to get cut to 95% at least here in california. don't know where everyone else is

When I mentioned above that I know about the MI companies, that is what I am referring to. I was stating that so I wouldn't get a hundred posts saying, "MI companies won't allow it".

I already know what can't be done. I'm looking for what can be done.

thanks,
Matt

I'm just trying to keep my thread from getting derailed...

I prefer Maverick because he can go left with that one.

Their phones work, they just don't answer often. I'm still waiting to hear back on their products. I'll post the results of that inquiry. Keep in mind that they only lend in a few states (10) in the SW.

Anyone else have a lender for this?
