Hello everyone,

I’m looking for a home for these loans. All three are identical and for the same borrower.

700 fico
70% LTV
300k loan amount
Cash out
CA SFR
N/O/O

Any help is appreciated, so thanks again guys!

*Note the borrower owns more than 10 properties.

I have a similar deal. I assume you need stated. I am only coming up with hard money besides below if he can do your state.

Hard Money would be your best bet!

I had a similar deal. I don't know about the 10 property limit though...
