| I have a client in AR, that needs a business line of credit, has had his business for over 7 yrs. Does have financial. Need about 100k to 150K. Wants to purchase mobile home parks. If anyone is out there, please contact me at Ms.Bynum@hotmail.com |

Yes full doc must be in business at least 2 hopefully more years

What does "Full Doc" mean exactly??? Bank Statements? Tax Returns?
and what if client was recently ammended on to corp but the corp as been active for over 5 years

What is their GROSS taxes say and what business are they in?
FULL DOC for most is tax returns. My sources gives up to 60% of the Gross income Personal and or Business.
If interested I will send you a application from the company I use and you can go from their. Its free to try. :) |
