Program Details:
1.Predictive Dialer- This is arguably the best mortgage dialer on the market. Your dialer will utilize the same system architecture that my company uses, as well as two other dialer providers on the Broker Outpost. Your server hardware will be configured to handle 10 simultaneous "agents" on a 3:1 (line:agent) ratio. You can host the server in your own location or in a data center. Not only will we set you up with the server, we will also help you negotiate the best per min Long Distance rates in the industry.
2.100 B2C Telemarketing Hours- You want to see a return on your investment as soon as possible. Not only will these hundred hours generate you 100+ leads and 5+ fundings (thereby returning your investment and then some), they will also provide a more intimate knowledge of the best mortgage telemarketing practices. We will provide the Telemarketers, and you can elect to have the dialing done on our servers or your new server with no price difference.
3.20 B2B Telemarketing Hours - At this point you have your own dialer. You have leads pouring in, and now you need more loan officers to assist with the volume. We will help you craft an employment offering (with a strong focus on your leads program) for loan officers in Florida. We will then have our telemarketers call on our updated Florida Loan Officer database to recruit them to your branch. With 20 hours of telemarketing you should expect no less than 60 loan officers to express interest in your employment opprotunity.
4. 10,000 Data Records - These are general homeowner records provided by Elias. Not only will this many records prove sufficient for our 100 hours of telemarketing, but they will also provide a good start to your database, which your outbound LO's and Telemarketers will use.
5. DNC Subscription to all area codes in Florida - There are 17 area codes in Florida. We will get you subscribed to all area codes and help you understand how to use the National Do Not Call Registry.
6. 50 resumes for individuals looking to telemarket from home - While you may be content with just crafting outbound campaigns for your LO's, we've seen the best results from companies that use a blend of outbound and inbound lead programs. Obviously, when providing leads to your LO's, you want the most bang for your buck. That's where quality telemarketers come in.
