Anyone have a private lender ( no broker package required) that does investor purchases on rehab or fixer upper homes and loan on ARV? Even if repair money is escrowed for completion. All investors are 650 plus, most are stated verified.

Also, how much is required skin in the deal from the investor?

Can you do Foreign Nationals? Canadians
