Need to know the minimum down pmt required for duplexes and 4-plexes for my brrwr that has excellent income/work history, 720 fico, FTHB.
Excluding LTV, the scenario is as follows...
purchase
720 fico
o/o
0x30 FTHB
full doc
LTV?
800K sale price
4 unit & 2 unit

As far as FHA is concerned you would need 3 percent down with 3 months reserves on 3-4 units and on 2 units you need 3 percent down no reserves if you would like to discuss further please email me at Dlaylock@idealmb.com
