Stated-O/O Purchase 75% LTV, 1.475 Loan Amount

I have a client who is purchasing a primary residence in
Orange County, California. The purchase price is $ 1.96 million
and he has 500K to put down. Loan amount = 1.475 Million.
His Mid Fico is 730.
The problem I'm having is finding
Lenders who have competitive rates for STATED INCOME PROGRAMS
with that Loan Amount. Please help me out on this one.
If someone could refer me to a Lender that could handle this
and be competitive with a Fixed Rate Program, I would greatly
appreciate it.

Try Citi, if this does not work feel free to contact me. I have relationships with a few banks still doing Stated Jumbos, I have placed two this week.

FYI....I have just set up a 5YR I/O ARM No pre-pay @ 6.6% (.250 pts )for a SIVA 720 FICO Purchase 80% LTV $990,000 L/A...let me know if you would like me to propose a GFE.

Hey there, I have 2 in Mass I need to find a home for

SFR, Mass, 790 fico, 7.5 mil, 70 LTV, R/T Refi. SIVA, at 8% now.

SFR , Mass, 740 Fico, 1 mil, 50 LTV, R/T Refi, Full Doc. 6.5% Now
