FHA will most likely raise the cost with rate, monthly MIP, and/or the funding fee.

still gotta clear the Senate
IMO its too little, too late. 6-8 months ago this may have helped but at this point we may as well just bleed the crisis out and fix this the right way. |

| my question is how can the gov force a bank to accept less for a payoff? they would have to offer major tax breaks or some form of incentive no? |
