Hi Everyone not sure, but thought that i'd ask....
Any bank statement programs out there???
Purchase
760 mid fico
been in the same industry for 4yrs(1099'd) and writes everything off
State MO
0x30 payments on rent
Clean credit
Can provide bank statements for the last 12 months for earnings..
Looking for purchase options, what type of ltv/what type of rate...
Just some basics |
