I want to branch out a little bit and build a relationship with a credit repair company, someone that offers some kind of referral fee/commission and also sends the client back when there credit scores have increased.

Anybody else doing this?

Who do you use?

I use Vanessa Reynolds from Intergrated Financial. She doesn't currently offer a referral/commission, but she may be open to it. She's done a great job for me for the last 3 years

I've used American Credit Repair here on the outpost and have had good results with them. I have spoken to Hayden but have not yet used his system but from what I have heard it seems pretty good.

hpmfinancial what is up with the signature??

watch out for the 'signature police'... i received an email from bo's admin asking me - nicely i may add - to reduce my signature down to 5 lines... so i did... i see yours is about as big as mine used to be....

there are people that use this site alot that seem to make it their mission to keep the administrator advised of things like signatures.... i don't know why....

better to fix your signature than to lose your account....

just a heads up.... chris

We offer a $40 referral fee and only charge your customer $225/person and $395/couple. Turnaround time is 45-60 days and the customer is always sent back to you. Shoot me an email (samp@amcrepair.com) or give me a call if you are interested.

With most companies that offer a broker portal, there is never a need to "send the client back" as they never leave you.

You mean the company that you own, the company you pretend you don't own. The company that is a complete scam. Get a life and stop trying to play people on the outpost for fools.

I know of a company that you can set up a Franchise with. They provide the service and you provide the customers. Its nationwide and runs kind of like an Insurance Agency writing policies through a large company.

Give me a shout - need to get to know you a little before referring you directly to the owner.

You don't work for that company? It appears that you do with an email address on their domain. People that have email addresses at the domain of a company is affiliate with them.

What happened to your signature?

Disregard any of that. If you are interested in starting your own company go with the only real solution, the original solution, www.startacreditrepaircompany.com

We have been doing this for over 3 years. Beware of copycat programs!

I am becoming a account executive with them never said I wasn't. I spoke to someone at your company as well to "start a branch" but the follow up was not there and I chose Imperial because another broker was getting results. I took my sig down because I also write loans and I am not going to solicit business from the outpost, think about it who is going to refer their client to someone that is also a Mortgage Broker?

Based on your signature and email at their domain I "assumed" you worked for them (my mistake). In any case, they developed a tracker system after an extensive demo of our system a couple years ago, just an FYI.

Many brokers have setup as their own company. As long as your ethical, no one has a problem referring people to you. Also, if you're basing your entire business on referrals from mortgage brokers, that would not be a good way to build a solid base.

As far as followup, our followup is IMPECCABLE. So IMPECCABLE, let me paste the sales notes in our IMPECCABLE followup system; please do not mistake this for me "spouting off at the mouth" I just simply "did some research" in our database.

04/16/2008 at 08:46:13am Found us through google. Been thinking about starting a credit repair company for a few months, in Michigan. Wanted an email sent with more information. Sent email, set f/u.

04/16/2008 at 08:46:47am Sent email, set f/u.

04/17/2008 at 08:59:04am Called and left message. Set f/u.

04/21/2008 at 12:28:27pm Called and tt Tim. He said there was something in the email about high start up costs. Let him know that was not the case and explained it to him. Re-sent email. Set f/u

04/22/2008 at 01:32:31pm Called and tt Tim. He was disappointed that we do not teach him how to repair credit. Told him what would be the point of our CSO program if we did that. told him to study the FCRA, FCBA, and FDCPA. He placed me on hold forever and I terminated the call.

04/29/2008 at 10:14:03am Called and left a message. Set f/u

Seems as if you are not following up with us or returning our calls. So much for follow up not being there right?

You could have simply referred clients direct to us and received a $50 referral and track your clients with a company that has one of the highest fix/deletion ratios in the industry. You don't have to start your own company; it's not for everyone. Plus we are a sponsor of broker outpost and have been for 2 years.

I haven't heard anything negative about Imperial. I did see their booth at one of the national conventions we sponsored, but that's about it. Hopefully you'll like it there. I'll document your record on file that you're not interested and doing business with another company.

Wow

There are some fiesty folks in here

I am in the Reverse world now so credit is a non-issue but when I worked on conventional loans I used a company called Your Smart credit.... website here: http://www.yoursmartcredit.com/

I had good results with them, and there are no worries because all they do is CR they don't offer loans. They are highly professional and have a broker login as well so that you can track your clients progress. This is coming from a neutral standpoint, check them out if you want. Tell them I sent you and you might just get a break.

We offer $399 for our standard package but that includes unlimited rapid rescoring. In addition to that we now have financing available. We also have options for additional seasoned tradelines that BELONG TO THE CLIENT. Please e-mail me below for all of our information. I can provide numerous references from brokers on BO who use me and since I've only been active on BO for the last 6 months I have references for Brokers who have been using our services for the past 2 years.

I have spoke with Dominic at HTDI on a few occasions, he has been very upfront and a nice guy to work with. I understand why he calls people out when they are misleading. If I were him I would do the same, he has spent a lot of money building his business and a bunch of people come to try and rip him off.

There are so many scammers in our business, it ***** because they make life more difficult for everyone. I highly suggest before signing up with any company to do your due diligence.
