| The only problem I see that you might run into is the fact that it's zoned commercial. Getting a rebuild letter might put a damper on things. I was going to suggest Wachovia but it looks like that's where everyone else is pointing to. When I saw Pick-A-Pay, I knew everyone would say Wachovia. Have you tried to search on scotsmanguide.com? |
