Luke is correct. These days modular construction is very high quality. In fact I believe the integrity of the construction is greater than stick built as the entire home is constructed in a controlled environment with no exposure to the elements.

| I remember trying to register with Flagstar a while back; the AE seemed dis-interested and totally unhelpful. But I need to get this done, so I guess I better call Mr. Robert Capes. Is there anyway I can get a broker package to get filled out so I am ready to go tomorrow? And is there a monthly wait for approval as I was told before? Can I get a rtate sheet so I can get a small idea of rates from Flagstar? |
