Got a call from a client looking for a cash-out loan in Texas. He claims the value is 18 million, and currently owes 7 million and wants to take out as much cash as possible. He didn't want to deal with a broker(me), so I said I would check and see if someone had any interest. Claims a 700 fico, said "his employment had changed", and probably needs a hard $ loan.
Sounds like a wild goose chase to me, but thought I would post it nonetheless. |
