The key audience for this thread is the same audience Terry was targeting...
- New LO's to the business
- LO's with a limited marketing budget
- ...LO's that can't afford to screw up
THERE WILL BE NOT EARTH SHATERING SECRETS. THIS IS ALL COMMON SENSE.
On this forum you will find many reputable dialer providers including: - Best Rate Referrals
- Five9
- SolusOne
- BrokersMojo
- ..etc
As witnessed by other BO members’ posts these providers rarely have complaints about their dialers (if ever) and conduct their business in a fair and ethical manner.
So... WHY WOULD I LIST THE "COMPETITION" AND GIVE THEM CREDIT IN MY OWN ADVERTISING THREAD?!
I acknowledge these other providers because they are not my "competition". My firms’ core service always has been and forever will remain contract mortgage processing.
Prime Processors, Inc. began assisting our clients with marketing at the start of the "mortgage slowdown". Clients who never had to rely on mailers, cold calling, or any other form of mass marketing started having their pipelines evaporate and began to revaluate their business models. Because of the level of confidence our clients had in Prime Processors they asked us to provide referrals to reputable vendors for services like leads, dialers, mailers, etc. and we set to the task of finding the best value for our clients.
OUR CLIENTS HAVE SEEN THE BEST MARKETING ROI BY THE USE OF DIALERS AND COLD CALLING
However, we started to notice a pattern with our clients that were using hosted dialers. Many would sign up with a hosted dialer provider, purchase a list, start dialing and then would quit cold calling after a month.
WHY?
Pride prevented some from being completely upfront with us at first, but the more we inquired the same story emerged.
While cold calling is effective... it *****. It was a last ditch marketing effort for many. They were taking their last thousand dollars and investing in a list and the dialer. Because dialing was new to them they became discouraged after several hours of dialing without "solid results" and quit or would only dial a few hours a week.
When it came time to renew their hosted dialer plan they looked back at the time they spent making calls, the number of applications generated and the cost to run the campaign. Their per hour costs were running anywhere from $25 - $100 per hour.
WHY?
HOSTED DIALER COMPANIES MAKE MONEY WHEN YOU DON'T DIAL
Now I'm not saying that these providers are just trying to sign you up to use their dialer, hope you don't call so that they can maximize their ROI and have no vested interest in your success, because that's simply not true. They want you to succeed and continue to use their services and refer other brokers to them as well.
BUT...
It is true that the ROI for a dialer company is tied to your usage (or lack thereof) of the dialer. For Example: Let's say that you lease a dialer for $300 a month unlimited. Let's assume you only use the dialer 10 hours during the month. Simple math. Your hourly cost just for the dialer is $100. Say you use the dialer 100 hours during the month (about 3 hours a day mon-sun). Your per hour cost is $3.00.
Now let's assume that the provider per min long distance cost is $0.03 per min. That's a fixed per hour cost of about $1.80. No matter how much you use the dialer the providers cost is generally fixed (there are some slight variations).
DO YOU SEE HOW THIS WORKS NOW?
If you only dial 10 hours in a month it cost you $300 and the time cost the provider in the neighborhood of $18.
If you dial for 100 hours in a month it cost you $300 and the time cost the provider in the neighborhood of $180.
WHAT IS THE BOTTOM LINE?
It's simple. If you are part of the target group. - A New Lo to the business
- New to cold calling
- An LO with a limited marketing budget
- Or an LO that can't afford to screw up
Prime Processors has a cost effective option for you:
HOSTED DIALER SERVICES PRICE WAR SPECIAL $225 per seat Unlimited

$2.50 per hour

Refiman says... "This dialer is amazing. I have done some research and have used 3 hosted dialer services. I thought I found "the one" until I ran in to this. You can't beat the cost. Quality is perfect. My team has quite a few hours credited on another service and are walking away from them to use this. Patrick and John, thanks for all the help getting my team going on this!"
Cash Doctor says... "I have not used the Rent a TM, but I am a customer of the hosted predictive dialer. Awesome dialer and Patrick and John are always quick to jump on questions or requests. I rememeber one night Patrick adjusting the interface for me on the fly. That is customer service. Great Company. Looking to jump on RATM soon." |

Maybe we should note that the price is so good that even Overseas calls rooms want to use our dialers. |

| What is the deal with the $225 per unlimited seat? Unlimited calls? Is that per month? Also, is the $2.50 per hour for unlimited calls within that hour? If anyone can post details or send me an email I would greatly appreciate it. I am very interested. Thanks in advance! |

The deal is... exactly that
For $225.00/month (normally $250.00/month) you get Unlimited time on our Hosted Predictive Dialer (1 "Seat"). There is no "per call charge" nor any long distance fees on your end.
Same thing with our Hourly rate, $2.50/hour. As many calls to whatever data you provide in an hour.
You can contact me by email or by AIM Pro with any questions and we can have you set up in no time.

This question may be in the wrong thread...
For the Hosted Predictive Dialer service, you (or someone on your staff) access the dialer to make the calls. Scripting depends on the type of list that you are calling on.
For instance, if you are calling general homeowner data the pitch would be rather general and leave room for the homeowner to discuss their goals. If you are calling on ARM data that is about to be re-cast, then the pitch would incorporate that fact and urge the homeowner to consider some type of fixed rate.
I think you may be referring to our Rent-A-TM service (see thread here http://www.brokeroutpost.com/loans/brokers/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=199836).
In that case we have a number of different scripts that have been developed based on the product that you are trying to offer. We would also use any specific script that you want, though most of our clients have us use the scripts that we have found to work.
Let me know if you have any other questions, and i would be happy to get you set up.
