| I've noticed a wholesaler consider this to fall into their regular FHA and not the Jumbo (www.pbmwholesale.com). Do any other shops do this as well? |

| We price as jumbo but I can go up to 97%. so FHA conforming guidelines but jumbo pricing. |

I just confirmed that pbmwholesale.com does the same. Anything above 362k is considered jumbo. A bit of miscommunication with my rep over there. |

yeah, i was going to say it was probably a miscommunication or a typo!!!
how's your experience with pbm wholesale with FHA??
i have tons of FHA lenders, but i'm trying to find a or a few lenders that get things done quick. some of my lenders are taking as long as 2 weeks + for approvals!!! it's driving me crazy |

Run away from PBM as fast as you can. If possible, tip a few news stands and chairs to cover your tracks so they cannot follow you.
Vertice seems to be a better option (www.verticelending.com), and the pricing is good. I think they're 8 days in UW, however. |
