Can you do the following: If you can, this loan is yours. I don't do loans in FL.
I do loans in CA and NY, would like to develop a reciprocating referral arrangement for the future loan referrals.
Must close by Friday 5/09/08

| Sounds like this should be a reverse mortgage. They could take 10K at closing and have the rest as a line of credit. Of course closing this week is impossible. I am in Florida if you need some help with the reverse. I do not co-broker, however. |

I told him to apply for credit card.
$50k is to much. Probably just let this go.
It could be a good little loan for a private investor.
Not much money though. |

Rates as of 5/6/08
HECM Adjustable 3.18%
HECM Fixed Rate 6.70%
JUMBO Rate 5.875%
oh, and no payments for life (it's a reverse mtg) |
