Looking for a lender with a No Doc program besides Emigrant Mortgage Company in NJ
Fico 743 , LTV 51% , Cash Out , Loan Amount 195,000 , 3year arm is ok |

Why not them?

I can work with the rate they gave at 8.5% problem is they cut the appraisal and loan amount to where the customer is only getting 11k cash back from the original 60k. So would like to see who else has a No Doc program in NJ. That I could try. I know Emigrant is really tough on appraisal's just didn't think they was this tough. Since it was a really good appraisal with 4 comps in under 1mile of the home.
Is there anyone else doing this kind of loan? |
