This is a Vet's Admin loan, not Virginia loan. I need some help thru this first one please!
I can't order a VA Case No. since my borrower has not located a property yet, he's looking for a Pre-Approval ONLY at this time. The VA Case No. request requires I input the subject info and sales contract price in order to obtain the number.
I need to run TMS Findings at this time but I can't unless I enter the Sponser ID VA number. I'm in my Forms Group in Encompass and I clicked on Freddie Mac Additional Data Form. I am half way down the form in the FHA/VA info and I don't see anywhere to enter the Lender's VA Sponsor ID. I see a spot to enter for FHA but not VA.
Please confirm if it's possible to obtain TMS Findings WITHOUT the VA Case Number and also a confirm TMS Findings should be obtained as long as I enter the Lender's VA Sponsor ID SOMEWHERE in Encompass so LP knows to kick out the TMS as opposed to Conventional Findings.
