| Besides Flagstar. I have a client with a 700 middle score stated self employed living in NY now with her business in NY building a home in PA where she wants to live. Has someone to run the shop in NY for her while she sets up another shop up here in PA. 85% LTV off final appraised value of $360,000.00. Owns lot which she acquired from family 10/07. $55,000.00 value on lot per appraisal. $290,000.00 cost to construct. This time last year I would of had this closed. Where are the good construction lenders? |
