I have a client who is seeking cash out refinancing and also looking to purchase single family residences in Florida. He is a resident of the UK. He is quite substantial in terms of liquid assets. In addition, he is looking to refinance a parcel of land valued at $1,500,000 that he owns free and clear. He is looking for 50% LTV on this.
