| What lenders are you guys using and having success with under 580 FHA no approve/eligible. The only lender that I have right now is Security Atlantic that is taking deals below a 580 on a manual underwrite. I was wondering who else is out there that I can send loans to for this scenario |

| try Provident Funding. I just got something recently that said they would go down to 531. |

| We do them, manual underwriting, and 203k streamline, WHOLESALE LENDER in the states below not in nc or sc |
