I have a friend that needs a short term loan of about $15k to catch up on his mortgage (3 months down) and to payoff a student loan for his son. He has been approved by his current lender (local community bank) to refinance but he needs a short term bridge to take care of these issues. He has plenty of equity (owes $135k / value $350k). He doesn't care about rate or fees. Property is in Maryland.
Any private money guys out there do this type of deal? |
