Chuck are you approved for Texas? If so will you do pre-quals or look at loans for us before we send the whole file. hate to waste my time or yours.

I will look at anything William...but ultimately I am not the underwriter so a pre-qual is only as good as the paper its written on. Give me a call and we can discuss what has been working for us.

Can you do anything with someone who has always been on time but is currently 90 days late which was due to some health issues which are now good and has a note from her doctor? In NJ. Needs a cash out to 95 LTV. Let me know. I know it's a long shot!

| That is a tough one!!! Email some specifics on the scenario or call me and we can discuss it. I will definitely run it by an underwriter for you with a little more info. |
