In regards to your posting, here is what we can generally do:

Acquisitions and Development:
Hotels, Condos, Residential Subdivisions, etc.
Raw Land Development up to 75% LTV

Apartments, hotels, offices, agricultural, industrial, multi-use
Up to 85% LTV
Mergers and Acquisitions (business-related)-
Up to 90% LTV

Well Kyle, we do charge a 1/2 point fee upfront however we will do a $10MM residnetial loan with Fico scores down to 620 - I would think it would be worth paying the 1/2 pt to do such a loan - wouldn't you agree? We may not be everyones answer but we do what we do when no one else will. Thanks for you sentiments. |

Whats the problem? Why all defensive? I was just curious how you guys worked and what the deal was after I checked out your website it seemed you have a good niche.....when did I enfer that 1/2 pt was a rip off?
