| Still new here at the outpost... What do the brokers out there do for extra cash? Life Ins, Credit Repair etc. I'm up for any ideas. |

i had a client that closed in dec, who was relocating from ca and hasn't moved into his home yet call me and ask me to mow his yard for him; so i charged him 1 for the front and 2 for the back; that is referrals of course
