I have a lead I am supposed to call Monday afternoon and all I know is that he is inquiring about the FHA 203K program. This is the only loan program I have never done and I'm a little gunshy. Can anybody give me a quick tutorial or any tips on this program? What lender is the best and easiest to use? What do rates look like on this program? Etc.

| M&T is the most often mentioned lender. There is no quick tutorial. |
