Terry Savage is an expert on personal finance, and if you look closely, probably cosmetic surgery. However, she makes some valid points, with the exception of misinterpreting what Uncle Alan actually was saying about ARM's.
What she most certainly should be excorriated for is the all too common dirty deed perpetrated by the "Newsies" to sell papers, grab a headline, and sell a piece of journalistic tripe, and that's "piling on".
So, I have no choice but to penalize her for that infraction:

(To allay the onslaught of complaints from the mortgage industry about this suggestion, let me make it clear that I'm referring only to those jerks who made loans to people who clearly had no income to make the monthly payments once the initial, low rates wore off. Could we get their bosses -- now departing with big severance checks -- indicted as co-conspirators?)
What I am trying to say is based on the above statement SHE THINKS MOZILLA WAS A BROKER. hence the she has no F***ING CLUE!!!!!
