| Client has a 724 fico self employed, loan amount 381,000, if we can't go stated will go full doc with wife her fico is 677, my clent is also a wage earner who perfers no escrow if possible with a 80/15. |

| If it is full doc, rate/term or purchase, FHA should work. |
