Looking for raw land loan $20MIL in califoria 546 arces in LA area.
Zoned as mixed use.
Owned free and clear.
Wants loan to purchase bulk properties sold to end buyer already in place.
Needs loan for 6 to 12 month period.
Has current appraisal(1 months old)property valued at $70MIL.
Will take profits and place in management platform to leverage proceeds. (exit strategy).
Private money,Hard money, Hedge fund money. |

TRY YMS. I KNOW THEY HAVE SOURCES THAT DO UP-TO 60% LTV SISA ON LAND IN CA.. IF FICO IS ABOVE 700.... 600 FULL-DOC TO 60% LTV... THEY ARE AT 619.253.4264...

If what you wrote holds up (appraisal maintains value, etc.).... we have sources that would entertain this loan....
