DORA- Who in Denver is Going Back To School??

I've been getting e-mails from DORA on what feels like a daily basis, they are all the new "Emergeny Rulings" to protect the fine citizens of Colorado. I got one yesterday which I have no idea how it was different that any of the previous rulings. Anyhow, who is going back for their 40hrs of education, where are you doing it through, and any idea on the cost??
