How much more exclusive can you get?

| You need to be careful where you place the signs. Most municipalities have sign ordinances and you could be subject to fines. Check with your municipality first. |

Absolutely, moost municipalities do have ordinances, Michael, and you do need to be careful where you place the signs.
You also need to be careful when you place them... fact of the matter is that this type of advertising works and it generates leads.

| How can you ensure that you are actually placing these signs out? Are you using stakes or are you using a sign stapler on poles? I currently already used this kind of marketing locally, but I would like to expand to other territories. Let me know know! |

We do a couple of things to ensure that the service is being done properly:
Digital photos are taken of a percentage of the signs
A location list is turned in by the sign placer
We send a second person out the following day to QC the sign campaign
As to how the signs are placed... that is up to you. We do not use a sign stapler because the staples do not hold up in weather... if a client wants signs on poles, we use roofing nails... they are a bear to get off.
The choise to place them on poles or in the ground is yours... we serve at your pleasure. |

Great concept, great person good company, call capture technology and etc it's all worth it. Exclusive leads generated not this crap we buy from resellers. You know the folks looked at ur sign.
When you call him he's responsive, when you email him he gets back to you..
I wish these ideas were introduced to me early on in my career. Seize the opportunity..

The Sign Bandits AKA Rescue That Home AKA Credit Cleaner Pro. In the last year you have tried to sell a non functioning credit repair company on the outpost, tried to sell a foreclosure rescue business, now you are selling sign placement.
You also call out sponsors of the outpost as shysters. How can you be trusted? |
