What if I told you that you can make more money with borrowers that are currently 3 months or more down regardless of credit score or income and with no closing what so ever. This is real in todays market the more products you can offer the better off you will be. Now you can give clients that you never ever would of been able to help a 30 yr fixed loan at 6% or better even payoff there current arrears without an appraisal approval or closing. If thats not too good to be true you get paid the same day the borrower accepts the offer. If you have any clients in mind that fit this criteria and who doesnt please feel free to email me for some information that could change your entire business
