got a couple of them in the $1mill range. All good ficos, assests etc but the construction programs are disapering. Citi will still do it today but my AE said it is gone for sure real soon. Assuming all the LTV's, CLTV's, and other variables are good.

Any ideas?

If in CA we have sources that will do it if they have at least 30-40% cash into the construction. Or if they can cross some other properties. Or is they have approved buyer under contract. If not good luck.

two in Coronado CA. One is a spec and one 2nd home. They have about 20% cash into them but would like to present something to them even if it was with more $ down.
The 20% was put into the aquisition of the property.
KHufford....I am starting to agree with you but I keep thinking somebody has to do it. One of the clients is a very good client and would love to help him.

TRY YMS THEY DID A COUPLE FOR ME IN SAN DIEGO.. 1 IN PT. LOMA FOR 4MIL REHAB.. THEY DID HARD MONEY REHAB/CONSTRUCTION... 619.253.4264
