| The only way that I can see this happening is waiting until aug and go FHA. Or see what can be done to bust the score. |

They probably will be if they were in the last 12 months for sure and most underwriters don't like any type of lates after a BK. I had an underwriter deny a loan of mine for having a few medical collections 5 years after BK discharge. |
