Hi all.. I got an offer to work retail here.. Anybody have experience working here? their main marketing is FHA but they originate conventional/conformign as well.. Anyway, their job posting says that they're kicking major ass .. funding 5-12 easily mostly FHA originations... and htey just started this retail branch in July 2007.. cut is 18% 3-5 fundings (0% if you fund 2) and 25% if you fund 6-10.. more work for less pay than what I'm used to working in a brokerage..
my dilemma is whether FHA will start to tighten thier guidelines down the road.. same thing happening with brokers as well..
guess BofA retail would be best? haha..
