With C-Wide the borrower can only have 4 loans financed with Countrywide
Would be interested in the contact info for Direct as well, haven't heard of them, do they allow for stated, n/o/o? |

Our investors will only allow borrowers with 10 total financed properties, which would include our subject property. So if we are doing a NOO purchase, the borrower could only have 9 other properties that are financed. They can own as many properties outright that they want. Just can’t have more than 10 total properties financed.

Kerri, maybe the rep doesn't know his product or your properties weren't all financed?
I was pretty clear with him what I required.............
