| From what I've read they seem to have a good reputation. Some clients will complain about other companies. Can't recall anyone saying they were burnt by ABC. |

yea, I think it has to do with s.a.n. setup and blah blah blah... Only thing is I paid yesterday, left the guy a message and emial today and have never heard back, guess thats what prompted me to start this thread. Hope its just that his leads are soooo good that he's busy trying to catch up with all his orders. |

Raymond charges a great price for his leads because a lot of them close. I would think a setup fee is pretty lame. |

| Well then I guess I don't know what the $250 set up fee was for but I will find out for sure and keep everyone posted on results. I spent $689,000 in 07 on direct mail and generated almost $3,000,000 in fees, I know a little bit about dm but have not used tm leads in 6 yrs. I'm always willing to try new things and I feel the bo is a great place for reffrences. A lead provider on here would be crazy to burn anyone here and would defenitly kill their business and by the same token the good ones would get a ton of business. So believe me, I plan to keep everyone posted on results with any lead providers I use. I'm a true believer of helping my fellow brokers/los' and the BO is a great place to learn and share. |

| One of my LO's bought 30. Out of the first 11 he is closing one loan. That will pay for his expense + a little profit. Contact and app rate is VERY good considering my past experience with telemarketing leads. He was told from the beginning to expect to close 2-3. Looks like those #'s are fair. Make sure your LO's using them are persistant and good closers. |

| Rene, just dropped 2,500 small test for fha streamlines. I have 8k records ready to go for the new mailer. I am going to do a 50/50 split on mail pieces to see what works. They won't be in the mail until next week so won't know much until the week after. I'll let you know. |

Hello Folks, I just saw this post, and appreciate all the GOOD things said!!!
BANKER I really liked the "DEF Leads" that was a new one... LOL...but to clear up the SET UP FEE issue. YES we do have a set up fee, but it has NOTHING to do with the SAN's. The set up fee is an IT fee charged for the time it takes my crew to get a program ready. It is all customized programming, because we call in the name of each individual company there is alot of leg work to do in order to get it going. This is a ONE TIME FEE, that we WAVE for B.O. members, and in speaking with FUND-N I already told him he'll be reimbursed the $250. It was purely accidental he was charged for it. I don't send the invoice myself, and accounts pay/rec didn't know he was a B.O. member.
Besides customizing all scripts etc, we supply all clients with our lead tracking software that needs to be programmed for each specific campaign. The lead tracking software is FREE to use for the life of the program with NO on going monthly service charge! Ask those that are currently using it... it's well worth it!!!
I'm sure FUND-N will have plenty of feed back for all soon, but in the mean time..........
CALL TODAY, AND START BUILDING YOUR PIPELINE TOMORROW!!!

Unfortunatley, I'm NO I.T. guy, and I.T. guys don't come cheap ., but again the FEE is WAVED for B.O. members! Plus we give 5 FREE per 25 ordered to ALL B.O. MEMBERS on their initial order. 25 purchased @ $60 + 5 FREE = TRUE cost is $50 per.
SO IT'S CLEAR TO ALL..... THERE IS NO SET UP FEE FOR B.O. MEMBERS... Just let me know when we speak that BROKEROUT POST is where you heard about us.
ONCE AGAIN THANX TO ALL!! WE LOOK FORWARD TO WORKING WITH YOU FOR YEARS TO COME!!!

Hey fund-n
Sounds like we have some things in common with the marketing. I sent an email but not sure if it went through. If you get a minute give me a call. Good luck with the leads.
