I NEED A HARD MONEY LENDER THAT CAN DO THE FOLLOWING LOAN. I HAVE CALLED A FEW PLACES BUT CAN ONLY DO IF LOAN IS NON OWNER WHICH MADE NO SINCE TO ME
590 FICO
SISA
I WOULD LIKE 70% CLTV BUT I CAN GO LOWER TO 65%

We do them, but Riverside is very hard to get a loan in.
If you could get away with 60% CLTV, let me know. |

What is the loan amount? Are you doing a hard money 2nd?
We do these in house. We are in Placentia.
