Have about 50 contracts on loans, all borrowers have assets, income, etc, otherwise perfect loans...need foreign national programs NOT under hard money terms......
some of these are condotels, which causes more difficulty...some of these condo's are 325 sq ft.
others are SFR's and normal loans aside from them being foreign nationals.
Any lenders out there still working w/these?
Properties are in Florida, and have good comps |

Depending on which states. I can go up to 75%.
30 year fixed
No pre-pay.
Rates in the low 7s, paying you yield.
Can't do the condotels though.
