Sorry if you dislike my 'humor' I just really despise triggers, for many reasons. Why is it that you are looking to use them as part of your business, honestly? Why do you feel they are a good thing to use?

You are not allowed to use the terms 'reputable' and 'triggers' in the same sentence.

I used to use triggers a lot to bring in business. A lot of times, I would "steal" a client because another broker was a complete moron and placing them in a product which wasn't even close to right for them...or a broker was ripping them off bigtime. So triggers aren't all bad...the brokers who just call triggers and lowball the hell out of them to commoditize this business are the problem.

My favorite response from a prospect on a trigger call over the past year...."the other company is giving me a rate of 1.5%"

However, to stick w/this thread, I don't know of ANY companies providing decent triggers...most resell the hell out of them or they were purchases from ANOTHER trigger company

I reread your post and my answer is "No, I do not know of anyone that is reputable to purchase trigger leads that are from Retail LO's."

i bought leads from them and I WILL NEVER AGAIN.

I bought ARM leads...and EVERY LEAD was wrong.
the borrower never lived there, they had a 30yr fixed mortgage, refinanced like 1yr ago, etc

I think the only way trigger leads are acceptable if the other broker is a complete moron, putting them into a higher rate because it easier than going full doc or FHA.
