You work for a very dishonest company!
David Smith's $5,000 was taken from him by misrepresentation. This cost him $29,500 because the broker kept his money. His appraisal came in over $26,000 price, and your "analysis" Angel Couch,Becky MArtin,and Latoya Hanes fraudently kept his money while lying about going to closing at anytime.
It's a shame that Scott Oakley(owns CLC) is allowed to continue to scam hardworking people like David Smith.

| Before you go blasting a company on this website, please make sure that you reviewed all documents issued to the borrower. I am not familiar with your loan nor was I the rep on your loan. I have been very sucessful doing what I do and no one that I have worked with has had a complaint in regards to matters like this. Please makes sure that there weren't any non refundable fee included in the cost. I appeciate your "venting", but I personally have not had a issue like this arise. Have a great day! |
