| most lenders will accept FHA below 580 as low as you get a Approve/Eligible DU.. as for Manuals below 580 I only know that TBW takes them still, beware 12-15 business day advertised turn times.. |

Security Atlantic (min-530), Perfect FHA (no min) & Freedom Mortgage(min 550 for refer) are the 3 I go to when I'm FICO bottom feeding.
with TBW if your a refer and <580 your most likely gonna wait 2wks to find out their taking a pass on it. |
