I am personally handling this expansion as far as training and making sure you have all the tools necessary to make you the best Marketing Consultant that way you retain your clients and earn the RESIDUAL INCOME my sales agents love so much.
The position is for a Direct Marketing Specialist. Your products include.....
*Targeted marketing lists
-we have over 8 databases to pull frOm for MANY DIFFERENT industries!
*Hosted Web Based Dialers
-easy sell, no contracts, no set up fees, completely unlimited VoIP dialing
*Direct mail and other Print material
-There are over 50 industries that send mail daily! A lot of money to be made!
*Hardware predictive Dialers
-you can make as much on one of these as doing a loan, plus build residual data client
-we even set up the call center for any company that needs the help.
*Tele Marketed Insurance Leads
-preset appointments for health insurance agent out of our call center
*Tele Marketed Loan Modification Leads
-This is a brand new product! WE ALSO HAVE SOME MAILERS THAT FLAT OUT KILL IT!
-Real Estate Purchase Leads
-We pound a list of renters to find first time buyers for Realtors. This one actually
could even help you build Realtor Relations and maybe they wills end you deal for
their success.

REQUIREMENTS!
-YOU CAN NOT BE AFRAID TO BE HONEST ABOUT MARKETING WHEN CONSULTING COMPANIES WHICH WILL WORK BEST FOR THEM! (remember we service over 50 industries) IF YOU ARE HONEST PERSON YOU WILL DO WELL IN THIS BUSINESS!-At least 2 yrs mortgage experience
-It helps to understand targeted lists
-It helps to understand the basics of direct mail
-Transportation and willingness to drive to appointments does help build the client base much faster.
-If you don't want to make at least and extra 50k this year I really don't want to train you.
-This is a job for client building and retention, customer service type people! If your looking for a quick bang don't even respond.
I WILL PERSONALLY GIVE 'TRUE RESULTS' and CLIENT RETENTION' TRAINING ON WEEKLY BASIS
If you can do these things then you may be Best Rate Referrals material. I have spent the last 5 years creating this platform of marketing products and now its time to expand outside the BO and the Mortgage industry into all industries that need our products. if you want a good residual income this is for you!

IO have been asked a few questions multiple times. I hope this answers a few. If you have any more keep the emails coming.
Q: Are you hiring employees, or would it be an independent branch
You would be independent agent 10-99. There are commission splits built into every product we sell. You retain the clients future orders as well be their consultant. I have in house reps that can't even take on any more new clients so your client base can get that big with in a few months.
Q: How do you provide your training - online, in person, etc?
There will be online training, as well as tele web confrence once-twice per week (not mandatory) as well as complete email access to me and my IT guy at all times. I really want you all to understand direct marketing so i will invest a lot of personal time with you all.
Q: Are there any buy-in or start up costs involved?
There are no start up cost. You may want to get a couple vonage phone lines to use but other than that no buy in or anything of that nature. Its a commission and client retention based venture. Over time you will grow and make more and more money as you build a client base that buys month in and month out, but it should never cost you money.
Q: Would it be ok for us to do this along with our mortgage business, or would you require full dedication to this?
Good question.....First off you CAN DO BOTH how ever there would be limit put on what you could sell. for instance for the people that want to stay in the mortgage industry you are limited to what products you can sell. Anything that is sold only to mortgage brokers like mortgage leads wouldn't be allowed. how ever if you start out selling lists and dialers to them along with the other industries you may build this big enough to make it worth your time to solely focus on the marketing. That is totally up to you as how dedicated you want to be to it.
Q: What other industries do you serve besides mtg, RE and Ins?
home security, call centers, direct mail houses (selling them data), credit card merchant companies, any small business that sends local mail or advertisements, political parties(Voice broadcasting and data), also we can do post cards or print for any industry that needs it. business cards, post cards, letters, etc...
The vertical is virtually unlimited....really any business that you can think of that sends mail, advertises itself, and / or does any type of phone solicitations will buy from us. The product is DIRECT MARKETING. The best part of it is most business have to do it every month to stay in business.

WE can set you up a landing page for sure. this wouldn't be as detailed as out current site so it may not convert as well. However yes you would have your very own landing page so you can drive the traffic to you and not a main website. In addition even if you just use the main website you can still benefit from web traffic. We currently get about 20-25 inquiries per day and we can make that number grow pretty easily. Once we have the right people in place we can send you some of the main sites leads based on your production. For example, the leaders of outside sales reps get leads in order of their production as bonuses. As well as that we will be doing quarterly goal bonuses for top producers as well as client retention bonuses for the highest percentage of client retention.

Thank you to those of you that joined our first webinar orientation last night. I think it went well considering I was a little over excited and nervous at the same time....hehe.
We will be having an orientation each Thursday as well as full on recorded training sessions each night with questions and answer session through out the next couple weeks.
If you have thought about supplimenting your income or switching careers totally this may be for you. I will teach you how to build yourself a healthy residual monthly income in your local area as well as nationwide client referral base by selling marketing options to small to large sized business. If you understand marketing AT ALL you can really learn to love making money helping others succeed in their line of work.

I do how ever this position is not limited to one per state. Keep in mind we target over 20 industries and growing. There is enough business in NC for 20 reps....lol and also keep in mind that when you work for me you can target the entire country not just your local area. Heck over half our client base is on the East coast and we are in NV. Plenty of room for oppertunity. A few of our initial hires are already starting to produce at decent levels. With a little more training research they will have this down pat.

All I know is that this is a great opportunity and we even just launched an entire new plat form of loan modification and short sale marketing. Great stuff for the agents to help their clients with.
For those who have joined us some are already finding success.

Although we get thousands of hits through this blog, most of our business comes from word of mouth. We actually have hundreds of affiliates contracted through us to do loan modification. Thank you! WE have worked very hard in the last few years to put ourselves in this position to expand on a national level. We will be bringing in 20 Agents from all over the country to build their branches of Best Rate Referrals.
In addition to the great product line we have now we will be adding MORE marketing and advertising options for various different industries. Should be FUN and a great opertunity for anyone struggling with loans and need to suppliment their income OR for those that want something completely different to focus on all together. Remember much of direct marketing is residual, especially the way Best Rate retains it's clients.
I am getting good questions. Keep them coming!
